Return Policy

We stand behind every shirt we print. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right. Please read our return policy carefully so you know what to expect.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this window cannot be processed.

What We Accept

We accept returns and offer a replacement or refund when any of the following apply:

  • Wrong Item Shipped

    You received a different design, style, or product than what you ordered.

  • Damaged on Arrival

    The shirt arrived with holes, stains, tears, or other visible damage.

  • Print Defects

    The print is flaking, cracking, peeling, or fading right out of the package.

  • Wrong Size

    The size you received does not match the size listed on your order confirmation.

  • Wrong Color

    The shirt color you received does not match the color listed on your order confirmation.

What We Cannot Accept

To keep our prices fair and our process sustainable, we are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • You Changed Your Mind

    Returns for reasons such as not liking the design, the fit, or the fabric feel are not accepted. Please use our size chart before ordering.

  • No Longer Needed

    Orders that are no longer wanted or no longer needed cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Ordered Wrong Size

    If you ordered the wrong size for yourself, we cannot accept a return. Please review the size chart on every product page before checkout.

  • Worn or Washed Items

    Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

Shipping and Delivery Delays

All orders ship from our facility in Buffalo, New York. Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, holidays, or other factors outside of our control are not our responsibility and are not grounds for a refund.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact the carrier with your tracking number first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we will do what we can to assist.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at marketplace.orders@tshirtgang.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the item showing the problem (for damaged, defective, or wrong items)

We will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds and Replacements

Approved returns can be resolved with either a replacement shirt or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the return is approved. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
